The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kourtney Kardashian recently purchased a desert Palm Springs mansion, according to New York Post. She reportedly paid $12 million for the newly constructed property. The sale closed just last week.
The contemporary home, which is located behind the gates of the prestigious Madison Club, boasts over 9,000-square-feet and features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It offers stunning panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The sprawling residence also comes with a guesthouse and Tom Fazio-designed golf course.
Other amenities include infinity edge pool, bar and a wine room.
Kourtney has posted a few pictures from the modern oasis on her Instagram account. She spent the memorial weekend there – with her boyfriend Travis Barker, and her kids, Mason, Penelope, and Reign.
Kourtney’s mother, Kris, also owns a property in Palm Springs neighborhood. In 2018, the “momager” bought a $12 million mansion from Gala Asher.
