Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are moving to the neighborhood of Montecito, California.
According to Dirt, The Hollywood couple apparently snatched up the 5.2 acre property for $22.7 million. The Mediterranean-style property had been on and off-market for many years, originally priced at a whopping $29.5 million.

Called El Miraval Estate, the residence was originally designed by famed architect George Washington Smith. Built in 1923, the sprawling 12,663 square-feet estate features eight bedrooms and seven full and three half bathrooms, other amenities include living & dining rooms, a wine cellar, a home theatre. It also features a tennis court and a luxurious swimming pool.
