Rihanna just made a major purchase: a breathtaking Beverly Hills mansion located just a few minutes drive from the Beverly Hills Hotel and Sunset Blvd. According to Dirt, the 33-year-old beauty mogul snapped up the property for $13.8 million. The harmonious residence was originally on the market for $15 million.
Tucked behind lush hedges and gates in Beverly Hills, the sprawling estate boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. In addition, the almost 8,000 square feet of living space include formal living and family areas, a gym, an open-air central courtyard with a terrace. It also includes a spa, firepit, and a pool.
The home was actually demolished rebuilt from scratch by the previous owner. Entrepreneur and investor Daniel Starr paid $4.3 million for the outdated home in 2016. Starr splashed out millions on rebuilding the property, according to Dirt.

UPDATE: The popstar also purchased the home next door, according to Dirt. She reportedly paid $10 million for the property.
